One-Time Purchase

Home Edition (1 Device with 1 User Account)

  • Includes:
    1. VR headset delivered to your door + rehabilitation training system.
    2. Unlimited access to personalized rehabilitation plans, continuously updated based on your progress.
    3. Daily rehabilitation gift pack (YIWEI branded merchandise).
    4. One device linked to one user account.

Subscription-Based Usage

Price: Starting at $499

  • Includes:
    1. VR headset delivered to your door + pre-installed rehabilitation training system.
    2. Personalized rehabilitation plans (continuously updated based on your progress).
    3. Satisfaction Guarantee: If unsatisfied within 30 days, you can return the product, and we will only charge a $99 service fee.

Subscription Plans:

  • 1-Month Plan: $99/month
  • 3-Month Plan: $199 ($66.33/month)
  • 6-Month Plan: $299 ($49.83/month)

Important Notes:

  • Subscribing allows you to retain the VR hardware without any additional fees.
  • If you choose not to renew, you must return the device to the specified address. Upon confirmation of the return, you will receive a free 2nd daily rehabilitation gift pack as a thank-you gift.

Special Discounts

  • Referral Discount: Enjoy 10% off the one-time purchase price when you refer new customers (contact customer support to get your discount code).
  • Upgrade from "Subscription-Based Usage" to "One-Time Purchase" by paying the price difference + $99 service fee.

Service Information

  1. After receiving the device, we will provide detailed installation and usage guidance to ensure you can start using it immediately.
  2. For returns, please ensure the device is undamaged and send it back to the designated address. Upon successful return, the applicable amount will be refunded.
