At Virtual Brain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy with the following terms:

Return Requirements:

  • 30-Day Experience Period: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to try out our product.
  • Return Fee: If you find the product unsuitable, you may return it for a refund. A $99 restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Condition of Equipment: The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Devices must be returned in proper working order.
  • Return Process: Please contact us at service@drbrainstore.com to initiate the return process.

Return of Equipment:

  • Package Expiration: If your package has expired or you no longer wish to continue using the product, please return the equipment to us.
  • Bonus Gift: Upon the return of the equipment, you will receive a complimentary gift set as a token of appreciation for your return.

Refund Process:

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure everything is in order.
  • Refund Timeline: Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after the inspection is completed. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
